In this role you lead Customer & Marketing Insights (CMI) for Rare Disease across International Markets and the iCoE, partnering with senior stakeholders to inform decisions with customer and market insights. You drive forecasting and scenario planning with regional areas, and translate insights into actions that influence business strategy. You will fuse data from diverse sources to link execution with outcomes, collaborating with global and local CE&O teams. This position offers a chance to shape how insights are embedded into customer engagements and strategic planning.
Responsibilites
- Lead delivery of CMI across the assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with iCoE and market stakeholders to prioritize CMI delivery
- Develop and communicate a prioritized CMI plan with resource allocation
- Present insights in an actionable form for senior decision-makers
- Deliver scenario planning and regional business forecasting
- Support Global Insights Generation and Forecasting in long-term strategy
- Provide thought partnership to align CMI across the Biogen portfolio
- Coordinate between Global and local CE&O to enhance CMI and forecasting
- Foster innovation by leveraging external capabilities and market trends
- Embed continuous improvement within Global CE&O organization
Key requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Extensive experience across business at senior level in Customer and Market Insights, modelling, and forecasting
- Proven track record in change management and people leadership
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills
- Experience in defining and implementing global strategy
- Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
- Master degree in Science, Business or similar
