Responsibilites
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes
- Collaborate with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Leverage extensive CE opportunities to expand clinical skills
- Work with in-house specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC) in treatment planning and delivery
- Align clinical standards and patient outcomes with Owner Dentist guidance
