Responsibilites

  • Drive commercial performance and revenue growth across multiple international markets
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management activities
  • Manage and develop strategic distribution and alliance partnerships
  • Oversee launch readiness and execution for new product and country launches
  • Develop and implement commercial and brand strategies across the international portfolio
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Marketing
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion initiatives
  • Support the development of business cases and strategic investment decisions
  • Ensure governance, operational discipline, and effective execution across international markets

Key requirements

  • Significant experience within international commercial roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong background in distributor or partner-based business models
  • Proven experience launching products across multiple international markets
  • Experience in commercial strategy, brand planning, and market expansion
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex matrix organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English
