In this role, you will design and support data warehouse and data lake solutions that empower internal and external stakeholders with actionable insights. You will work within a cross-functional team to build scalable data products, leveraging Microsoft SQL Server and AWS stack to enable real-time and batch data delivery. You will optimize ETL pipelines and data models to ensure high performance and data quality, shaping data architecture for enterprise-wide use. Responsibilites

Develop and monetise data warehouse/ETL solutions using SSIS, Python, and Spark
Tune performance of ETL, SQL, and database structures
Design tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints, and stored procedures
Monitor long-running queries and optimize execution plans
Contribute to data modeling for enterprise data integration (structured/unstructured, real-time to batch)
Build automated data flows for data retrieval, transformation, and loading
Manage data warehouse structure and file storage rules
Oversee metadata management, permissions, indexing, and data governance
Ensure best practices for data handling, storage, and usage
Support design processes as needed
Work with tools: SQL Server/SSIS, Python/Java, web analytics, BI platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data products

Key requirements

5+ years of experience building large-scale database solutions
Demonstrated BI database design experience
Ability to track and resolve database incidents and requests
Strong understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehouse principles
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize in a team-oriented environment
