In this role you will lead the SAP alliance strategy in EMEA, driving joint innovation and revenue with SAP and Vistex. You will nurture executive-level relationships and shape growth opportunities through aligned GTM plans and joint account strategies. You’ll accelerate pipeline and subscription revenue while ensuring cross-functional collaboration to execute key initiatives. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your leadership and SAP expertise will directly impact scale and customer value.
Responsibilites
- Design, alignment, and execution of an EMEA SAP alliance growth strategy
- Develop executive and SME relationships to understand priorities and plan cycles for joint growth opportunities
- Create and manage joint account and SAP MU sales plans with periodic reviews
- Drive progress on critical business milestones and extract learnings to improve performance
- Achieve pipeline, subscription revenue, and relationship goals for the SAP partnership
- Coordinate with Vistex functions and SAP teams to enable effective execution of initiatives and OKRs
- Influence the Go-To-Market strategy and execution as a senior Ecosystem team member
- Utilize internal systems/tools to track, analyze, and communicate progress
- Collaborate with the Vistex SI counterpart to activate COE GTM for F&S and Industry deals
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Key requirements
- Masters
- Fluent in German and English
- Sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within the technology industry
- Deep experience and relationships within SAP and the SAP partner ecosystem
- Experience building, developing, and managing SAP Alliances in EMEA
- Experience with account management, relationship management, and solution selling
- Ability to work across internal and external organizations at senior levels
- Strong verbal and written communications and leadership skills
- Ownership, drive, grit, executive presence, strategic purpose, and urgency
- High-growth mindset with continuous execution of a strategic framework
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, with occasional international travel
