In this role you will accelerate Puig’s UK e-tail performance by optimizing visibility, storytelling, conversion, and repeat purchase across key partners. You will co-create and execute commercial plans, launches, and promotions to drive dotcom sales and margin for Puig’s prestige, niche, and skincare & wellness brands. You will work cross-functionally with KAMs, Marketing, Media, CRM, and global teams to ensure brand excellence online while making data-led, agile decisions that enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a focus on growth, cross-market execution, and mentoring two e-tail graduates.

Responsibilites

  • Co-create and execute UK trading calendar with KAMs, including launches, campaigns, and promotions
  • Monitor product performance, conversion, and customer behavior to maximise future sales
  • Manage site content, navigation, and landing pages to support trading goals
  • Execute UK campaign rollouts aligned with global brand direction and local priorities
  • Ensure product storytelling and onsite content align with brand tone across prestige, niche, and wellness brands
  • Optimise onsite journeys to support conversion, premium positioning, and brand experience
  • Collaborate with KAMs to deliver retailer execution and align priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Media, CRM, Supply, Finance) for alignment and timely delivery
  • Coordinate global-to-local execution ensuring local needs and global standards are balanced
  • Support CRM initiatives by integrating onsite touchpoints with email, sampling, and loyalty strategies
  • Collaborate with CRM and Media to connect onsite experiences with customer acquisition and retention
  • Mentor and develop two E-tail graduates and streamline workload for the team
  • Foster a positive, cross-functional team culture

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in e-tail/e-retail/digital trading, preferably in Prestige and Niche environments
  • Proven ability to manage performance against commercial KPIs (sales, conversion, margin, onsite engagement)
  • Hands-on experience briefing and delivering onsite changes (content, navigation, landing pages) and campaign rollouts
  • Experience working closely with KAMs and retail partners to achieve commercial objectives
  • Line manager experience
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to prioritise actions and make agile decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Agile, innovative, and digitally curious, with a passion for driving growth and relationships
