As Electrical Lead, you will own the electrical discipline for data centre projects, steering design strategy, quality, and coordination. You will lead mission-critical electrical systems design, including distribution architecture and reliability concepts, while acting as the technical authority across disciplines. You will translate client needs into robust electrical concepts and support the full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning. You join a fast-growing, collaborative environment shaping sustainable data centre solutions and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilites

Own electrical design strategy and coordination for data centre projects
Lead design of mission-critical power systems and redundancy concepts
Serve as technical authority for electrical design and cross-discipline interfaces
Engage with customers to translate requirements into robust designs and layouts
Support project development through concept, design, tendering, construction and commissioning
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sustainability and environmental advisory
Lead electrical design and advisory for data centre facilities
Co-create with data centre design manager and contribute to innovative, sustainable solutions

Key requirements

Educational background in electrical engineering or similar
Experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory or complex infrastructure projects
Experience with data centre design philosophy across disciplines
Experience from data centre or other large-scale mission-critical projects
Professional proficiency in English
