In this role you support MS&T and Validation by managing data, enabling analysis, and supporting process improvements in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with engineering, validation, and production teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, contributing to operational excellence. You will work with LIMS/MES data, documentation, and cross-functional project support, delivering reliable data-driven insights. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity in Bern with a global biopharma leader.

Responsibilites
- Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements, participate in safety training, and promote a safety culture
- Support setup, maintenance, and validation of STATISTICA workspaces for automated data analysis from LIMS and MES
- Verify data integrity and assist with data extraction, processing, analysis, and reporting for MS&T/Validation projects
- Coordinate document archiving and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and other controlled documents
- Provide operational support for validation and MS&T initiatives; assist with sample handling and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements
- 2–5 years in engineering data management, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Strong experience with LIMS and MES systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Good understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated industries
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective cross-functional communication
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
