Responsibilites
- Identify and close new business opportunities with key enterprise customers
- Grow and manage strategic accounts with senior stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles from opportunity to deal closure
- Collaborate with technical, channel, and marketing teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions
- Translate client requirements into effective ICT solutions and ensure seamless execution
- Develop and implement account strategies and market expansion plans
- Provide market insights, trends, and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen Swiss market presence
Key requirements
- German (C2) and fluent English
- Strong established client network in Switzerland
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Several years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within ICT (IT infrastructure, networking, or security)
- Deep understanding of the Swiss enterprise landscape, ideally in manufacturing or related industries
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills
