As Financial Controller you will oversee the group’s financial operations to support rapid expansion and ensure robust reporting and compliance. You will balance operational finance with commercial analysis to influence growth decisions and drive efficiency. You’ll lead a finance team, improve systems, and provide insights for strategic planning in a luxury hospitality group. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role reporting to the FD, at a pivotal stage of doubling sites and expanding outside the UK.

Responsibilites

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and standards compliance
Support budgeting and forecasting to inform strategic planning
Monitor cash flow and working capital for financial stability
Ensure tax compliance, statutory requirements, and strong internal controls
Lead, guide, and develop the finance team with performance management
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and growth
Implement and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and scalability
