In this role, you will oversee timely NAV production and service delivery for a range of funds, acting as the primary operational contact for clients. You will supervise and train junior colleagues, review fund procedures, and manage audits and risk controls. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and process improvement within Global Fund Services Ireland. You will help shape efficient, compliant operations with a client-centric mindset and opportunities for growth in a dynamic investment environment.

Responsibilites
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery across the team
- Maintain full competency in NAV production and related services
- Act as primary client contact with strong written and verbal communication
- Document new processes and periodically update fund procedures
- Cover operations for all funds within the team as needed
- Plan and deliver training/development for junior staff in collaboration with senior management
- Engage in projects/ad hoc tasks and ongoing process reviews for risk and efficiency
- Support fund audits and manage client/auditor interactions within agreed timelines
- Understand key fund legal documents relevant to service delivery
- Build strong working relationships with other U.S. Bank business lines
Key requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in hedge fund/Private Equity administration
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Advent Geneva (World Investor or Mantra beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of asset types: Futures, Options, IRS, CDS, Equity Swaps
- Proactive ownership of responsibilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and positively influence team morale
- Strong interpersonal skills
