Responsibilites

  • Support direction and investment strategy for ENT products by analyzing market intelligence and building business cases
  • Define positioning, core messaging, and the solution business model for the Digital ENT portfolio
  • Advise on outbound GTM programs and promotions to accelerate growth
  • Define pricing and packaging aligned to routes-to-market
  • Analyze market feedback and opportunities to inform product management
  • Lead Digital ENT positioning, messaging, and value proposition, exploring synergies with the Quadient Hub
  • Create strategic plan, buyer personas, use cases, and pricing models for ENT products
  • Manage full lifecycle of existing solutions from concept to launch and end-of-life
  • Define and track KPIs and promote cross-team, cross-regional collaboration
  • Gather customer feedback to improve GTM performance and influence roadmaps
  • Advise on incentive programs and promotions to achieve objectives
  • Escalate customer and sales feedback to influence product roadmaps

Key requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business/Marketing with 5+ years of industry experience
  • Proven track record translating market needs into investment cases and value propositions that drive sales
  • Experience or understanding of API-based software businesses
  • Highly organized with strong process discipline
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Motivated, team player, results-oriented
  • Self-starter capable of driving change, able to influence and coach sales teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
