In this global role, you will own quality expertise for perfumery ingredients and guide the ingredient quality agenda across the organization. You’ll support process transfer, material introductions, and drive manufacturing optimization while advising on ingredient specifications and non-conformances. You act as a global ambassador for knowledge sharing, analytics, and quality systems, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilites

Support process transfer, outsourcing, and new raw material introduction
Manage multiple projects with deadlines, including analytical method alignment and manufacturing process optimization
Advise on perfumery ingredient specifications, analytical techniques, and tolerances
Make high-level decisions in ingredient processes and act as primary contact for analytical and technical matters
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including clients, affiliates, and cross-functional teams
Provide training and coaching to peers and facilitate information sharing
