As a Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent, you will help secure timely, end-to-end OEM drop-ship processes in a global healthcare supply chain. You will work within the Finished Goods Drop-Shipment Process team in Rotkreuz, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliant supplier onboarding. The role focuses on optimizing OEM orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal partners, and maintaining accurate SAP-driven inventory and shipments. You’ll contribute to a global program with a strong emphasis on collaboration, data integrity, and process improvements.

Responsibilites

Manage OEM purchase orders to third-party suppliers globally
Monitor product availability and on-time delivery and drive corrective actions with suppliers
Coordinate activities between procurement and supply chain globally for OEM orders
Initiate and manage returns to suppliers as needed
Process SAP inbound deliveries with virtual goods receipt and goods issue to ensure accurate inventory
Monitor system alerts/interfaces and resolve related messages and issues
Lead onboarding of third-party suppliers/vendors, ensuring data, systems, and compliance for integration into OEM drop shipment
Optimize logistics network for drop-shipment activities where applicable

Key requirements

Degree in commercial discipline; 3–5 years in logistics, purchasing, or import/export after apprenticeship
Proven experience in order management, logistics, and supply chain operations
Experience in Life Sciences a plus
Experience with SAP SD & MM (a plus) and analytics tools
Stakeholder networking and effective communication in an international context
Fluency in German and English
