Responsibilites

Lead verticalised, solution-based strategy, account planning & pipeline management using data insights to drive growth
Develop and manage talent within a high-performing, diverse team and cultivate a culture of wellbeing
Maintain trusted C-suite client relationships to influence investments at scale and serve as a consultative partner
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency
Clarify and validate product needs; partner with product teams on go-to-market strategy and opportunity identification
Represent TikTok on national stages and events, delivering compelling thought leadership that blends product understanding with market trends
Navigate change with optimism, guide the team through ambiguity, and drive courageous, high-reaching outcomes
Set clear expectations, prioritize, and break down goals; provide hands-on support as needed
