In this role, you will lead Agilent's Global Service Parts Fulfillment to enable reliable customer service and scalable growth. You’ll drive digital transformation across the global logistics network, shaping parts distribution and cross-border processes to meet high customer expectations. You will partner with regional teams to optimize capacity, efficiency, and cost while maintaining compliance and service levels. Responsibilites
- Lead the Global Service Parts Fulfillment team to meet customer expectations, metrics, and financial targets
- Own strategy and execution of global logistics operations from warehouse to customer
- Develop and implement service parts distribution strategies to support growth and improve service, resilience, and reliability
- Implement strategies aligned with divisional sourcing and customer mix shifts
- Drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service through best practices
- Manage complexity in a dynamic operating environment with agility
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adjust capacity as needed
- Oversee logistics service providers to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Coordinate with EMEA-I, Americas and AsiaPac to implement seamless supply chain processes including cross-border logistics and warehouse operations
- Support digital transformation across the supply chain by adopting innovative technologies
- Work with regional partners to achieve delivery, quality, and cost KPIs including TAT, DEFOA, and inventory accuracy
- Assess travel needs and leverage remote work options when suitable
- Promote on-site engagement where possible within key locations
Key requirements
- 7+ years in senior Operations leadership with experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution and warehousing in a multinational
- 5+ years leading people, projects, or programs
- Strong analytical capability and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of supply chain technology and digital technologies (AI/ML, automation) preferred
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma process improvement
- Familiarity with service parts distribution and markets Agilent serves; medical device environment experience advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural, diverse teams
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
