In this role you drive comprehensive internal communications for the Building Performance division, aligning 7,000+ global employees with strategy and progress. You shape external presence through targeted campaigns and LinkedIn, while partnering with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging. You’ll lead branding support and showcase the division’s impact via stories and case studies. Your work enables open dialogue, cross-functional collaboration, and a stronger, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilites

Develop and execute internal communications plans for the division and its 7,000+ employees
Collaborate with the Head of the Gypsum Platform and senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging
Create content (newsletters, emails, intranet, presentations) to tell the transformation story
Facilitate feedback through town halls, meetings, and forums
Manage internal channels for timely updates
Drive external communication strategies and social media engagement (LinkedIn) with marketing
Support branding framework development for the platform and advise on local branding
Showcase successes via case studies, articles, and impactful presentations

Key requirements

Proven experience in internal communications in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
Outstanding written and verbal English communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Strategic mindset with ability to develop and deliver communications plans
Proficiency in social media and digital platforms
Change management and branding experience is desirable
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
