In this senior role, you will lead the finance function for a fast-growing, food-led restaurant group, owning the numbers and shaping systems to drive performance. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and CEO to support growth, improve profitability, and establish robust controls across sites. This position offers a clear pathway to Finance Director as the group scales, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic business decisions.
Pay / Benefits
- salary 75,000 – 85,000
- performance-related bonus (TBC)

Responsibilites
- Own management accounts, site P&Ls, balance sheet and cash flow
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance reporting
- Ensure strong financial controls across all sites (revenue, stock, payroll)
- Partner with operations & food teams to drive cost control and profitability
- Support growth projects, including new sites, refurbishments and investment appraisals

- confident explaining numbers to non-finance teams
- process-led, organised and pragmatic
- comfortable working closely with operations
- ambitious with progression potential to Finance Director
