You act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping execution and outcomes that advance the company’s mission.

Responsibilites

Own the transformation portfolio and governance across the company
Lead major transformation initiatives from concept to implementation
Collaborate with business functions, HR and Communications to enable sustainable organizational and cultural change
Translate strategic priorities into concrete, measurable implementation plans
Oversee end-to-end redesign and optimization of core cross-functional processes
Lead and develop a small team, fostering ownership and growth
Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership and project leads on high-stakes decisions

Key requirements

Several years of senior-level experience leading complex transformation or change programs
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs with measurable business impact
Expertise in program management, process redesign, and transformation governance; knowledge of AI and digital technologies
Strong background in change management and driving cultural and organizational transformation
Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization; fluent in German and English
