In this role you will shape and lead the HR agenda for Hexagon Robotics’ division, partnering with the President to drive people strategy and culture. You’ll own the entire Employee Life Cycle, build a fast, scalable hiring engine, and design onboarding and leadership development programs. You’ll help structure the org for speed, implement performance and OKR frameworks, and ensure compliant, lean HR processes. Responsibilites

Act as the HR point of contact for the division and spar with the President and leaders on HR topics
Drive the people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
Manage the full Employee Life Cycle from hiring to departure
Build and run a fast, world-class hiring engine and an effective onboarding program
Assist in designing the organizational structure for speed and clarity
Support goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) and drive performance reviews and coaching
Develop leadership programs including training, coaching, and succession planning
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and motivating culture and measure engagement
Create lean, automated HR processes and ensure legal compliance
Design competitive, scalable compensation structures

Key requirements

Completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar with labor law knowledge
At least 15 years of HR experience in high-growth, high-tech environments
Strong relationship-building and communication skills in German and English
Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented HR operations experience
Experience with a variety of HR software and tools
