In this role you help INNIO deliver strong service performance and value for customers in an international setting. You will align commercial, contractual, and service activities to support retention and strategic aims. You’ll work with KPI owners, partners, and customers to drive service quality and data-driven improvements. The position offers exposure to MSA governance and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on sustainable service growth. You’ll play a key part in shaping service strategy and ensuring effective contract execution.

Responsibilites

Manage collaboration with customers to support retention and strategic interests
Ensure service quality, financial performance, and contract execution
Interface between KPI owners, Channel Partners, and customers for service topics
Prepare and present service performance data to ISM Lead
Own MSA contract order intake and alignment with Service Sales
Set DPPP KPI-targets, monitor achievement, and contribute to service strategy
Enable streamlined MSA business execution
Ensure data quality with distributors

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Strong commercial background with customer-facing experience
Technical expertise and affinity
Experience in contract and process management
Business judgement with understanding of P&L metrics
Independent communicator and facilitator
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English; German or other languages beneficial
