Experteer Overview

As Information Security Manager, you will steer security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across a growing fintech platform. You’ll partner with Security, Product, Engineering, Legal, and customer-facing teams to address risks, investigations, and controls. You will drive ISO27001-related initiatives, third-party risk assessments, and security audits to safeguard customer trust. This role offers international exposure, meaningful impact on fintech security, and a chance to shape Pliant’s security posture at scale.

Responsibilites

Maintain information security policies, procedures and guidelines.
Lead operational risk management and ISO27001 assessment workshops.
Manage information security development projects and implement new solutions.
Assess third-party providers for information security risk and controls.
Audit security controls and report non-compliance; support audits and regulatory requirements.
Provide senior management updates on information security risks and KPI reporting.
Coordinate security awareness initiatives and support due diligence with customers.
Support audits and remediation planning; assist in international security questions.
