Responsibilites

Manage and grow a designated portfolio of chemical raw materials and specialty products to increase sales and market share across Europe.
Serve as the central interface between suppliers, customers, logistics, procurement and customer service to shape commercial agreements and pricing strategies.
Develop and execute product and sales strategies aligned with growth objectives, including visiting customers and suppliers and building sustainable partnerships across Europe.

Key requirements

University degree in Chemistry, Economy or Business Administration
At least 3 years' experience in the chemical industry or chemical distribution with proven B2B sales, product management or business development
Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials and specialty products; excellent English communication skills (German a plus)
Proactive, analytical mindset and willingness to travel regularly across Europe
