You will lead the commercial strategy for a coagulation-diagnostics assay developed with a pharmaceutical partner, driving readiness for launch and lifecycle management. You’ll work across diagnostics and pharma teams to align on strategy, with a strong customer- and patient-centric focus. Expect cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial units to navigate market trends and partnerships. This role offers scope to shape a strategic diagnostic program and impact patient care through innovative collaboration.

Responsibilites

Lead the commercial strategy for the diagnostic assay across diagnostics and pharma divisions
Drive operational readiness for product launch and lifecycle management
Negotiate and manage third-party partnerships to support strategic goals
Collaborate with global teams including R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial units
Ensure decisions are centered on customer and patient needs
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategy
Champion continuous improvement across product and process areas

Key requirements

Degree in Science or Marketing
Minimum 5 years in healthcare, ideally in diagnostics or pharma-diagnostics collaborations
Proven leadership and influencing skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration across global teams and external stakeholders
Strong customer and patient-centric mindset with continuous improvement
Fluency in English
