Responsibilites
- Prospect, cold call, and book meetings with potential clients
- Close deals and onboard new clients
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales cycle
Key requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in B2B sales (HR domain is a plus)
- Self-starter with proven lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels
- Comfortable contacting prospects via phone or email and setting meetings
- Drive to exceed targets and maintain high activity and motivation
- Positive, can-do attitude
