In this role you will build scalable, production-ready applications as part of Capgemini’s AI-driven development approach. You will work across backend, frontend, and DevOps in an Agile environment, applying AI tools to boost productivity while upholding high standards for quality, security, and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features that leverage modern Java, Angular, and cloud-native tech. This is a hands-on role at scale, with a focus on impactful, sustainable software solutions.

Responsibilites

Develop Java 21/Spring Boot applications and reactive APIs with Spring WebFlux
Secure services with OAuth 2.0 / JWT and manage builds with Maven
Write unit tests (JUnit 5, Mockito) and apply TDD
Build dynamic frontends with Angular, TypeScript and RxJS; connect to backend via REST
Containerize with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes; maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Utilize GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI for code generation and debugging; contribute to AI-powered systems
Ensure API security, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability (Prometheus/OpenTelemetry)
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies; own features end-to-end; continuously learn and adapt to new tools and architectures
Maintain high code quality and test coverage; monitor and troubleshoot in production environments
