As a Procurement Specialist at Roche in Rotkreuz, you will support indirect materials procurement, supplier management, and process improvements in a global, cross‑functional setting. You will contribute to tenders, contract administration, audits, and procurement governance while enabling efficient operational purchasing. This role offers exposure to digital transformation and supplier optimization within an international team. You will drive data‑driven decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost‑efficient sourcing and supplier performance.

Responsibilites

Coordinate planning and execution of operational procurement processes for indirect materials
Evaluate, select, and manage external suppliers and service providers
Support local, regional, and global tenders and procurement projects
Assist with supplier contract negotiations, administration and terminations
Support internal, external, and supplier audits
Advise on procurement activities, supplier portfolio management, and compliance topics
Develop and improve procurement processes and provide guideline-based support for operations
Create reports and dashboards to monitor procurement activities
Coordinate vehicle fleet management with leasing providers

Key requirements

Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent
1–2 years of project experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation environments
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with business-oriented mindset
Flexibility, creativity, and ability to operate in a dynamic market
Self-driven, team player with initiative, resilience and assertiveness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of B2B interfaces and internet-based procurement tools (advantage)
Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1)
Strong IT affinity and practical SAP experience
