In this role you design and sell custom kitchen projects for customers in a retail setting. You will run personalized consultations, provide technical advice, and manage each project from design through installation. You’ll create plans with planning tools, support showroom presentation, and drive sales to meet targets. This position offers impact by shaping customer spaces and collaborating with showroom teams in the Bern area or near Luzern.
Responsibilites
- Support customers in designing their custom kitchen projects
- Conduct personalized sales consultations and provide technical advice
- Manage kitchen projects end-to-end, from design to final installation
- Create kitchen plans using planning tools
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Contribute to the layout and presentation of the kitchen showroom
Key requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience in kitchen sales is a strong asset
- Excellent listening skills and advisory capabilities
- Fluent in German and professional level in English or French
- Ability to efficiently solve problems and handle complex situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, friendly, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service orientation
