Responsibilities

Provide practical legal guidance on corporate, commercial, governance and operational matters
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements
Support legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Assist with corporate governance activities including incorporations, filings and records management
Advise on contract administration, claims management and risk allocation
Support strategic projects and deliver pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business goals
Assist with dispute avoidance, arbitration, litigation and external counsel management
Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR and Operations teams
Contribute to improving legal processes, governance frameworks and legal operations

Key requirements

Master in Law or/and qualified lawyer
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in international corporate, engineering, construction, infrastructure or EPC environments
Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation order management and contract administration
Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters
Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
Proficiency with legal technology and AI-powered tools is an advantage
