As Manager Accountant Consolidation, you lead consolidation and reporting work for client groups, converting local GAAP to IFRS and other standards. You guide junior staff, coordinate with management and auditors, and oversee delivery for a portfolio in a fast-growing, international firm. You drive accuracy, process improvements, and client satisfaction while developing the team and supporting revenue growth. This role offers exposure to multiple GAAP frameworks and cross-border projects.

Responsibilites
- Convert local GAAP financials into IFRS or other GAAPs
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under Lux GAAP or IFRS
- Oversee and coordinate the consolidation process with management, local accountants, and auditors
- Prepare accounting memos to support journal entries for complex transactions
- Coach and develop junior staff
- Participate in process improvement and trainings projects
Key requirements
- 5-7 years consolidations and reporting experience
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP and/or US GAAP
- Knowledge of consolidation software (asset)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Accuracy, flexibility, hands-on approach, able to meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
