In this role you lead a dynamic legal and corporate services portfolio, guiding international clients through structuring, governance, and complex legal issues. You collaborate with finance teams and manage day-to-day legal, corporate, and administrative affairs while helping the firm grow its trust and corporate services business. You will develop junior colleagues and shape cross-functional solutions, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence. This role offers exposure to diverse financial services work and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilites
- Structure lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds for clients
- Guide clients through complex legal issues and provide strategic advice
- Collaborate with Finance on cross-functional matters
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
- Participate in business growth and marketing efforts
- Contribute as a core team member to sustain the firm's reputation in trust and corporate services
- Manage day-to-day legal, corporate, and administrative affairs for a portfolio of client companies
- Lead and develop team members
Key requirements
- Master in Law (or professional studies in law)
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership potential or experience managing junior colleagues
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages considered an advantage
- Based in Luxembourg or nearby (open to international candidates)
- Experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environments
