In this role you will lead a ground-up UK launch for a global Asian fast-casual brand, shaping the market entry and expansion strategy. You’ll build and guide a cross-functional local team, coordinate with global functions, and secure flagship locations, driving sustainable growth and profitability. You’ll work closely with partners and regulators to establish a compliant, scalable operation. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to launch and scale a new-market business.

Responsibilites
- Define and execute Europe market entry and expansion strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead company setup including entity registration, compliance, and admin frameworks
- Identify and secure flagship or pilot locations
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for competitive positioning
- Build and lead cross-functional local team collaborating with global supply chain, operations, and marketing
- Establish local partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and government agencies
- Oversee P&L performance and meet expansion milestones
Key requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in F&B franchise or QSR
- Proven track record in business expansion, market entry, or international operations
- Strong understanding of operations, finance and strategic planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale from zero
- Strong commercial acumen with business development, partnerships, and deal-making
- European network and familiarity with regulatory/business environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
