In this role you drive client-centric payments solutions for EMEA, aligning product capabilities with client needs and accelerating revenue realization. You work with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to tailor and configure complex Treasury Payment Rails solutions for key clients and prospects. You influence product roadmaps by conveying market and regulatory feedback and collaborate to meet global sales targets. This is a client-facing, strategic role at JPMorgan that focuses on payments rail ecosystems and enabling large-scale treasury programs.

Responsibilites

Lead solutioning and configuration of client-facing product capabilities to meet client objectives
Serve as SME for a defined set of products and capabilities with market and client insight
Support Sales with pricing, pipeline and account planning, and product training collateral
Engage with client teams to identify pain points and relay feedback to Product teams for roadmapping
Contribute to global sales targets for EMEA and collaborate with coverage teams and product specialists
Define JPMorgan's credibility in EMEA to attract flow business and advise on treasury-related value propositions
Support implementation partners to accelerate revenue realization within product boundaries

Key requirements

Direct treasury/cash management banking experience in EMEA with proven change-driving track record
Experience overseeing complex corporate treasury projects and multi-national treasury migrations
Strong presentation and influencing skills with internal partnerships across treasury, liquidity, FX, and corporate finance
Proven success in identifying, selling and delivering large-scale business wins (e.g., intercompany models, In House Banks)
Expertise in European, Middle East and Africa banking/clearing tools like Wire, ACH, Direct Debit, RTP
Knowledge of tax, payroll and emerging payment trends in the region
