In this 6–7 month temporary role in Zurich, you will support investment reporting activities and uphold data quality for performance and client reporting. You’ll work within a collaborative, international team that serves European clients and engages cross-region stakeholders. You’ll analyze data, prepare client-ready reports, and contribute to process improvements and strategic reporting. This is an opportunity to shape performance insights for professional investors and gain exposure to a global asset management environment.

Responsibilites

Monitor portfolios and maintain direct client communication with European mandate clients
Manage and maintain investment data from cash flows and target fund reports
Update holdings information and portfolio company data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports
Perform monthly data reconciliations and performance evaluations (quantitative and qualitative)
Support enhancement of the investment database and reporting processes
Prepare presentations for senior management, committees, and marketing
Assist with external audits preparation and coordination
Calculate Total Expense Ratios (TER) for clients and products
Prepare forecasts, projections, and ad hoc performance analyses

Key requirements

2-3 years of professional experience in performance reporting, finance, accounting, banking, fiduciary services, or related environment
Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable with client interactions and ownership of responsibilities
High IT affinity with advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, VBA); programming skills a plus
Motivation to deliver high-quality solutions for professional investors
Excellent organizational and coordination skills under pressure
Collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented team player
Fluent English (written and spoken); basic German; additional languages an advantage
