Responsibilites

Manage the product management lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Define product direction and budgets for initiatives
Prioritize features and version releases (epics/features)
Evaluate requests from internal and external sources
Build and share strategic roadmaps; analyze performance and market penetration
Engage with customers and market to position capabilities and drive roadmap
Collaborate with Engineering during release planning and execution
Develop user personas and scenarios
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (tech product management, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, customer success, legal, leadership)
Coordinate with external stakeholders (customers, end users, partners)
Communicate product strategy and roadmap to align with company strategy
Support Product Marketing with GTM plans, assets, and events
Provide internal enablement to field teams and pre-launch planning
Participate in marketing materials, tradeshows, webinars, and events as SME

Key requirements

Minimum 5 years in a similar role in the Software industry with focus in customer communications, CRM, digital experience, analytics, and/or BPM OR 5 years in a similar role with focus in SaaS, data/content analytics, digital experience, CRM, or marketing automation
Hands-on experience managing entire product lifecycle and roadmaps
Strong knowledge of customer communication and CXM markets; market trends a plus
Experience with Product Management Lifecycle Management from business case to roadmap delivery; familiarity with product management tools such as Aha is a plus
Strong business acumen and technology awareness; proven cross-functional collaboration
Solid understanding of marketing concepts and customer needs; strong public speaking and writing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and with global teams
Fluent in written and spoken English
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred
Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate into actionable strategies
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
