In this role, you will plan and execute tests on refrigeration and heat-pump products to ensure safety, reliability, and performance before market release. You work closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to translate specifications into practical tests and to optimize test setups. Your hands-on testing in the laboratory directly supports innovation, quality, and energy-efficient solutions. You will help the team move faster by providing solid data and documented results, shaping design choices and test methods.

Responsibilites
- Plan and execute product tests on refrigeration and heat-pump systems with reliable data to support development decisions
- Translate test specifications into practical tests, including data acquisition, analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing as a technical sparring partner
- Build, maintain, and optimize test setups and equipment; improve test methods and lab efficiency
- Ensure stable, high-quality test execution in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Key requirements
- Experience and strong interest in refrigeration systems
- Technical background as an engineer, cooling technician, craftsman, or similar with a hands-on mindset
- Craftsmanship in building and improving test setups; solid understanding of mechanics and electronics
- Structured, self-driven with ownership from planning to documenting results
- Proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
