Experteer Overview

You will lead local CapEx projects in Bulk and Fractionation, guiding them from concept to handover within a global ENG/PD framework. You ensure safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, and project teams. The role offers influence over project governance, vendor relations, and continuous improvement to harmonize PM practices. This is a hands-on leadership position in a global biopharma environment with a clear impact on patient-centric manufacturing.

Responsibilites

Lead mid-sized CapEx projects from concept through handover in Bulk and Fractionation
Oversee feasibility, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with cGxP and regulatory requirements across the project lifecycle
Supervise construction, installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities
Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, and global project delivery
Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and effective communication
Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of project management practices

Key requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management and leadership experience in mid-sized CapEx projects with high complexity
Experience in chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
Strong expertise in project management including contract management and financial controlling
Knowledge of process and infrastructure engineering in chemical/biotech/pharma environments
Experience with cGxP, qualification, and validation workflows
Previous leadership experience managing teams or departments
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
