In this role you drive data management and program strategy initiatives within the CIS Strategy and Colleague Experience team. You will establish consistent project delivery, governance, and tracking across high-impact programs to give leadership a unified view of progress. You’ll coordinate multi-functional efforts, enabling technical and domain experts to deliver meaningful outcomes. This position offers the chance to contribute to digital transformation in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilites
- Lead multi-functional projects on Data Management, Program Strategy, Development, and colleague experience improvements
- Develop and maintain coordinated project plans for consistent execution across SCE initiatives
- Apply standard project management frameworks and delivery methodologies within the SCE portfolio
- Provide portfolio health, achievement, and progress updates to leadership
- Collaborate with Group IT and Corporate PMO to align tools/methodologies with enterprise standards
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimizations for SCE project delivery
- Serve as a key contact for inquiries, updates, and critical issues related to SCE and Data Management programs
- Facilitate cross-group coordination and maintain transparency into active and upcoming initiatives
- Support organizational change management and training for teams adopting new tools/processes
- Assist in onboarding new team members into PM practices and tools
Key requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably in IT, Data, or Digital Transformation
- Familiarity with Data Management, AI technologies, and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple complex projects
- Experience in matrixed, global organizations
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
- Ability to establish governance and tracking in decentralized environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Planview EPPM, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Financial tracking and PO management experience a plus
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and outcomes
