In this role you will lead procurement, planning and execution for IA/CAPEX projects within our Oilfield Services division. You will optimize material flow and supplier performance, using Lean/Six Sigma and ERP to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and E&D, contributing to safe, reliable operations. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of supply chain and production. You’ll drive improvements that enable efficient project delivery and competitive outcomes.

Responsibilites

Tendering, pricing, and planning for parts and goods to meet project needs
Conducting purchasing and supplier negotiations to secure materials
Maintaining master data and ERP system accuracy
Acting as ERP super user and optimizing material flow
Planning picking, call-offs, and expediting to align with master schedule
Supporting major contract negotiations and cost reporting
Contributing to Lean/Six Sigma driven improvements in processes
Filling hour lists and contributing to QHSE and continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

University degree in Engineering or Finance or equivalent
Experience in procurement, materials planning and project execution
Technical background in Mechanical Engineering and/or electronics (preferred)
Strong Excel, Power BI and Microsoft skills
ERP M3 knowledge and experience preferred
Maritime or offshore industry experience (advantageous)
English and Norwegian language proficiency
