As Proposal Manager in Global Occupier Services, you coordinate bid responses and presentations, aligning with sales, operations, and knowledge teams to win opportunities. You will craft tailored proposals that articulate value, manage timelines, and oversee content production and reviews. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, content reuse, and brand-consistent deliverables. This is a dynamic position in a market-leading firm that values process excellence and knowledge sharing to drive new business.

Responsibilites

  • Oversee end-to-end proposal and presentation development, coordinating sales leads, SMEs, pricing, and design outputs
  • Develop win themes, strategies, and creative design approaches
  • Create and maintain a proposal responsibility matrix and progress schedule
  • Collaborate with sales and operations SMEs as contributors or reviewers
  • Draft tailored proposals highlighting solution value and obtain required approvals
  • Produce Executive Summaries, forewords, and cover letters
  • Coordinate graphic design needs with appropriate resources
  • Manage timely production and delivery of proposals (electronic/hardcopy)
  • Write, edit, format, and proof all deliverables
  • Lead red team reviews to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Prepare deliverables related to new business opportunities (presentations, follow-ups)
  • Organise prep sessions for opportunities in line with best practice
  • Support Head of Bid Management and senior managers on large bids
  • Contribute to content development and strategic initiatives
  • Identify process improvements and ensure deliverables align with brand
  • Maintain and improve content library and its searchability
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing with cross-regional teams
  • Build relationships with SMEs, service line leads, and GOS leadership
  • Perform other duties as required

Key requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a proposal management environment
  • Ability to assimilate and respond to global/regional RFIs and RFPs
  • Experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management preferred
  • Experience with client procurement portals preferred
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to repurpose or create new written content
  • Ability to interface with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Thrives under pressure with changing requirements
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign and desktop publishing a plus
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Interest in exploring AI tools
