Responsibilites

Lead site audit readiness activities and ensure areas are consistently prepared for audits
Manage QR items and ensure timely, effective corrective actions
Maintain and update the plant Risk Register
Represent ADC Donegal to internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies
Coordinate and support external audits from backroom to closeout
Own Plant cGMP compliance processes and improvements
Foster cross-functional collaboration with all business areas
Balance quality, compliance and business risk and provide practical solutions
Lead a team of Quality Engineers and strengthen the quality system
Ensure standardized application of Quality and Compliance practices across the division
Provide divisional level guidance as SME for the area of responsibility
Support the business and other Quality activities as needed

Key requirements

Bachelors Degree in science, engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3 years' experience in Quality Management Systems with GMP/ISO experience
Supervisory experience preferred
