In this role you will own regional transformation and launch excellence within a multi-country European pharma setting. You’ll lead the regional commercial PMO, ensuring structured visibility and delivery across strategic initiatives and high-priority launches. You will partner with senior leadership to align priorities, enabling decisive, cross-functional execution in a decentralised environment. This position offers broad impact across commercial functions and a chance to shape operating models and ways of working. You will drive measurable outcomes through end-to-end launch readiness and regional program leadership.

Responsibilites

Lead the regional commercial PMO to provide structure and visibility on key initiatives
Drive end-to-end launch readiness for high-priority assets
Partner with senior leadership to align priorities and ensure delivery
Collaborate across Commercial Strategy, Launch Excellence, Business Development & Alliance Management
Enable effective execution within a decentralised, decision-empowered structure

Key requirements

Experience in pharma/biotech in commercial, strategy, or launch roles
Background in consulting or strategic project environments is advantageous
Track record in cross-functional projects, transformation, or PMO leadership
Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complexity into actionable steps
Confident stakeholder management experience in matrix organisations
