Responsibilites

Lead by example to deliver high-quality consumer service on the sales floor
Coordinate, coach and motivate a small team to meet sales targets and brand standards
Support daily operations including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
Identify and solve in-store problems in partnership with store leadership
Act as NIKE brand ambassador for initiatives and maintain compliance with NIKE standards
Support cross-functional areas: Commercial (receiving, inventory, launches), Athlete Experience, and Consumer Experience

Key requirements

Customer service or retail experience preferred
Ability to manage a small team of peers
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours (8am-9pm) including weekends/holidays
