Responsibilites

Deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience
Coordinate, coach and motivate teammates in your area
Support daily store operations to hit sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotions
Identify and resolve issues in partnership with store leadership
Serve as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives and uphold standards
Support cross-functional teams (commercial, athlete experience, consumer experience)
Lead by example on the sales floor to bring the consumer journey to life

Key requirements

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Effective communicator and collaborative teammate
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours including weekends/holidays
