Responsibilites

Identify and develop new business opportunities within financial services
Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Understand client challenges and position digital solutions
Lead client conversations, presentations, and commercial discussions
Support onboarding and ongoing client engagement
Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client value
Spot opportunities to expand accounts and grow revenue

Key requirements

Experience in sales, client advisory, or relationship management within financial services
Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive and close opportunities
Interest in technology and digitalisation trends in banking
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate complex organisations and engage multiple stakeholders
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a growing, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, German and/or French
