Responsibilites
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within financial services
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand client challenges and position digital solutions
- Lead client conversations, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Support onboarding and ongoing client engagement
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client value
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts and grow revenue
Key requirements
- Experience in sales, client advisory, or relationship management within financial services
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive and close opportunities
- Interest in technology and digitalisation trends in banking
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and engage multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, German and/or French
