Responsibilites

Lead and coach a team of Area Sales Managers
Develop and execute commercial strategy for a high-value scientific market
Manage complex sales cycles for laboratory and research technologies
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
Collaborate closely with product, sales and marketing teams

Key requirements

Strong scientific background or relevant industry experience
Proven track record in sales leadership and people management
Experience with complex B2B sales in life sciences, pharma, chemical or laboratory markets
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Commercially driven, analytical and hands-on
