In this role you will support the Luxembourg Corporate and Trust Division in delivering accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to organise meetings, facilitate audits, and manage client payments, contributing to the expansion of an international fiduciary services provider. You will apply your analytical skills and proactive mindset to drive high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Responsibilites

Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial reports
Organising board and shareholders meetings
Organising and facilitating audits of financial reports
Executing client payments
Communicating effectively and timely with Trust departments, clients, tax advisors, banks, auditors and other third parties
Administration and bookkeeping tasks delegated by the Team Leader or Supervisor
Developing close work relationships with advisors and clients, including meetings and site visits as needed
Pro-active problem solving and personal professional development
Maintaining accounting records and delivering financial reports (deliverables)
Execution of client payments
Organisation and facilitation of audit of financial statements
Preparation of annual shareholders meetings
Follow up and review deliverables by Junior Accountants/Accountants
Delegating tasks to Junior Accountants or Accountants and monitoring development
