In this role you drive the sale of Honeywell’s full offering into the Data Center vertical, balancing hardware, software and services. You will engage with key stakeholders to demonstrate value, build a robust pipeline, and close deals while aligning with business initiatives. The role is remote with substantial Germany-based travel and opportunities to influence building safety, efficiency and reliability. You’ll join a global team that emphasizes growth and inclusion.

Responsibilites

  • Develop deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify honeywell value through technology and solutions
  • Penetrate new markets and accounts, build relationships with multiple levels and key decision makers, qualify and win opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals, leverage strong sales methodologies and disciplined SOS/CRM usage
  • Represent Honeywell professionally and ethically, ensuring a positive brand impression
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, update pipeline, and participate in regular reviews to drive sales momentum

Key requirements

  • Fluency in German (mandatory)
  • Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Degree or 10+ years of sales experience selling Automation Technology and/or software into data centers
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in complex sales environments
  • Experience taking new accounts from first contact to order, engaging upper management and developing a strong pipeline
  • Strong understanding of the data center industry value chain and ability to articulate Honeywell’s value proposition
  • Proven effectiveness in a matrixed organization with solid organizational, communication and negotiation skills
