You will drive innovation, lifecycle management, and market-facing execution, partnering with commercial, R&D, operations, and regional teams to translate insights into high-performing products. You will influence growth, pricing, and go-to-market plans while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role in a scale-oriented, international setting.

Responsibilites

Define and deliver a global portfolio strategy aligned with growth ambitions and brand positioning
Build and drive a strong innovation pipeline based on customer insights and market trends
Lead product lifecycle management, including portfolio optimization and margin improvement
Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Ensure global alignment across regions for roadmaps, launches, and go-to-market plans
Drive data-based decision making using analytics and financial modelling
Develop a customer-centric pricing strategy in partnership with commercial teams
Lead and develop a high-performing global product management team
Oversee the global category budget, ensuring strong ROI and investment focus
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements

Key requirements

15+ years in global marketing or product management in an international environment
Proven track record managing global portfolios, innovation pipelines, and cross-functional teams
Strong commercial acumen (pricing, financial modelling, business cases)
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or FMCG
Familiarity with regulated environments
