In this role you will support the legal management of AIFs, reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance within a growing third-party AIFM. You will work cross-functionally with clients, managers and service providers to manage fund setup, documentation, and regulatory notifications. You will shape fund-related agreements and ensure compliance with Luxembourg rules, contributing to a high-quality, client-focused service offering. Responsibilites

Coordinate fund setup with clients, lawyers and investment managers
Review fund documentation (offering document, LPA, side letter)
Draft and negotiate fund agreements (AIFM, investment advisory, portfolio manager, depositary agreements)
Coordinate CSSF notifications (delegation, fund management, fund registration)
Oversee day-to-day funds management in collaboration with Fund Administrator and Depositary
Provide legal updates to the Legal Department

Key requirements

University degree in Law
At least 5 years of Luxembourg investment funds experience (AIFM, UCITS management company or law firm with AIFs)
Advanced knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulation (AIFMD)
Strong drafting skills in English with high accuracy
Autonomous, initiative-taking, organized and hands-on
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English and French
